Classer, Trier, Rechercher (”Classify, Sort, Search” in English) is a tool-book made to answer to the question “how can we sort a personal library?”
Three elements form the book:
- A first volume made of a data base. It is made of all new acquisition and includes practical information (title, author, year, sort and more…) as well as more subjective information (rating, notice, physical qualities of the book and more…)
- With the second volume you can have an instant owerview of the library according to specific criteria.
- The third element is a box containing adhesive pads used in the second volume.
The consultation of this catalog gives to the visitor an outside overview of a library, where you can find books by various criteria not only based on criteria such as a listing. This catalog is an exeperience to bring the essence of a private library: the relationship to its owner.
